Chargethebatterypackfullybefore

usingitforthefirsttime.

Whenthesurroundingtemperature

ishigh,thebatterypackmay

sometimesbeunusabledueto

activationofprotectioncircuitry.

WhentheportableDVDplayeris

poweredfromthebatterypackand

iftheplayerhasnotbeenoperated

forabout10minuteswiththepower

switchedon,theplayerwillturnoff

automatically.(Autopoweroff)

Thebatterypackbecomeshotafter

useandtheportableDVDplayer

alsobecomeshotduringuse.This

isnotmalfunction.

Whenthebatterypackisnottobe

usedforalongperiod,besureto

removeitfromtheportableDVD

player.Ifthebatterypackisleft

attached,continualflowofweak

currentrendersitoverdischarged

andeventuallyunusableevenwhen

youtrytochargeitlater.

IftheportableDVDplayerisswitched

onwhilethebatterypackisnotfully

charged,theoperationmay

sometimesbeunstable.Besureto

chargethebatterypackfullybefore

use.

Thebatterypackshouldbestored

underansurroundingtemperature

between15and25.Avoidstoring

itunderextremelylowtemperatures,

inaplacewithhightemperatureand

highhumidityorinaplacesubjectto

Whenthebatterypackisstoredfor

alongperiod,atleastonceanyear

itisrecommendedtodischargeit

fullyontheportableDVDplayer,

rechargeitfullyandstoreitagain.

Servicelifeanddisposal

short,thebatterymaybereaching

theendofitslife.Thebatterypack

canbeusedforabout300cyclesof

rechargingandoperations.

Todisposeofausedbatterypack,

wrapapieceoftapearoundthe

terminalsectionandtreatitin

compliancewithyourlocal

regulations.
